What is United Methodist Men (UMM)?
We are a ministry of men committed to building 
personal relationships with Jesus Christ and helping others discover the joy of knowing the Lord.
Our Men’s Ministry reaches out to all men, whether or not members of the church, regardless of where you are in your walk with the Lord.
We seek to serve the Lord and share with others the blessings of friendship and fellowship.
What is the relationship of UMM to other groups in the church?
Men of our church serve in many different ministries. UMM does not replace any of them. It works with and through these ministries to attain the following goals:
- Promote spiritual growth and outreach
- Help fit men for service so faith and actions can work together
- Support/publicize men's ministries and other church activities
- Encourage accountability to God through trusting relationships
How can I find the right way to serve the Lord?
Through a daily prayer regimen, ask Him to lead you into service.
- Seek something that is of interest to you and will help you grow spiritually.
- Service to the Lord can and should be enjoyable, interesting and rewarding.
- Tell us what time you can afford to contribute; through our contacts with the pastoral staff and leaders of church ministries, we’ll help you find the right fit for your life.
- Matching your interests, talents and personal schedule with service to the church isn’t always easy—it must be balanced with family responsibilities and other Christian commitments.

- Feet-to-Faith 5K Walk/Run (December)
- UMW Annual Craft Bazaar (October)
- Church Ministry Fair (November)
- Men4God Class/Small Group (Wednesday Evenings) Men For God: Does not meet during the summer. For information contact Bob Gamon at 729-7544.
- Men's Weekly Bible Study at Body Dynamics (Tuesday, 6:30 a.m.) This group will get you in shape spiritually! Meets Tuesday mornings at the Body Dynamics Gym, Bluewater Bay.
- Men’s Thursday Lunch Group: Discipleship Journal--“Thinking Biblically about Politics,” 11:30 a.m. Room 703. Call Skip Weyrauch, 729-0053.
